RequestTrackerPro includes a feature to help stay on top mission critical, super important tickets via subscriptions.

Subscriptions are pretty straightforward: any ticket that you, or anyone else in your organization, subscribes to will appear in the Subscriptions screen. From there, you can click on a ticket to review  or otherwise work with it, or you can click the Unsubscribe button to remove it from the list.

To subscribe to a ticket:

  • After opening a ticket from a queue or from search, scroll to the bottom of the ticket, and click Subscribe.
  • To view subscribed tickets, click Subscribe List from the dashboard.
