Sort Tickets by Category

  1. To get started, first click on Search from the Home screen.
  2. Click in the empty Category field.
  3. Select one or more categories.
  4. Optionally, enter additional search and ordering terms.
  5. Click Search, and each ticket with the selected category will appear.
