This article explains how to edit, delete, or restore a queue. You can also:
After a queue has been created, you can change any of its details, including name, associated email address, assigned users, signature, and more.
Edit a Queue
From the Queue Management screen:
- Click the Edit icon .
- Make your desired changes.
- Click Update.
Delete or Restore a Queue
After a queue has been created, you can delete it at any time. Deleted queues can also be restored easily.
To delete a queue:
- From the Queues Management screen, click the X button next to a queue’s name.
To restore a queue:
- From the Queues Management screen, click the Restore button next to a queue’s name.
